Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return the item delivered to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at  info@labaella.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instructions where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

My order hasn’t arrived.

  • We must allow 10 working days for our couriers to complete an investigation and deem your parcel as lost. Once the courier has confirmed the parcel as lost, we can raise a claim. Refunds or replacements cannot be processed until the claim has been approved. Claims can take up to 30 days to be approved.
  • With all investigations and claims we process; we must make you aware that we record the claim via Action Fraud UK. With the increase of online fraud, we want to protect our genuine customers as well as monitor the fraudulent claims. Please note this is not in any way an indication that you are fraudulent customer, we want to reassure you that we investigate thoroughly and take these matters seriously. I'm missing an item from my order, what should I do?

  • We are sorry to hear this, firstly we would advise to double check all the packaging just in case it has become lodge within the inner packaging. If you find an item is missing, please on info@labaella.com and one of our dedicated agents will get this sorted for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Please contact us at info@labaella.com if you want to start the return process, We will let  you know if the Return request was approved or not. If approved, the return address will be sent to you . Once we have received your return we will process it within 7 days . Once processed refunds takes 10 working days to return to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
