Delivery Services Information

A signature is required for all deliveries. If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered and you haven't requested the parcel be left in a safe place, the delivery driver may leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or how to collect your parcel.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) are dispatched the next working day. This day is generally Monday, excluding UK public holidays. We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays, so please allow an extra working day for this. Our order cut-off time is 1pm.

Please note that if you intercept the parcel, change the delivery address, or have it left in a safe place, then you accept full responsibility and liability for the parcel, its content, and any possible loss.

We will endeavour to fulfil orders as quickly as possible; however, in the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you. An invoice will be dispatched with the goods. Should you experience any problems regarding deliveries, please contact us at info@labella.com.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at info@labella.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. For more information on how to return your order, please contact us at info@labella.com. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.
